Ecotech Styria GmbH, headquartered in Köflach (Styria), develops and manufactures filter screw presses for mechanical solid-liquid separation. The separated media range from slurry and biogas digestate to sewage sludge and fiber suspensions, through to plastic recyclate suspensions and wastewater. The product range includes the flagship BGII-800 with a separation capacity of up to 80 m³/h, patented screw geometry, automatic DS control and a fully automatic washing system, as well as the compact BGI-400 as a complete container solution for mobile applications, available since 2026 also as a plug-and-play variant. In addition, the company offers Comfort bedding from its own production and consulting from design through to commissioning. Service and spare parts come directly from the manufacturer; more than 1,000 installations are in use across industries, including agriculture, biogas, plastic recycling, municipal applications, pulp & paper, MDF board manufacturing and the food industry.
