ECS Cleaning Solutions GmbH was founded in 1982 and specialises in cleaning products for technical applications. Initially, various cleaning products were distributed; the company soon focused on the development and manufacture of high-quality cleaning cards for cash handling machines and credit card machines. In 2016, the ECS-Technical Sprays product range was introduced – chemical solutions for service, maintenance, repair and overhaul in the electrical and electronics industry. In 2018, the waterless hand cleaning system ELIX Hand-Cleaning Wipes followed, which is dermatologically tested on skin. The range also includes cleaning fluids such as magnetic head and multimedia cleaners, cleaning cloths, disinfection products and special cleaning products. The products are distributed in over 40 countries worldwide; the company maintains locations in Berlin and Wollerau (Switzerland).
