EDEL KRAUT GmbH is an EU-certified organic importer, processor and exporter based in Puchheim near Munich. The company processes organic raw materials such as spices, herbs, herbal teas and superfood in its own production line: Milling is performed on temperature-controlled impact mills in raw-food quality, followed by blending, filling and packaging. Packaging solutions include German artisan glass as well as resealable kraft paper composite doypacks and block-bottom bags; the glass packaging is labelled in-house and processed ready for assembly. The entire process chain from cultivation at origin through EU import to filling is controlled under the inspection body DE-ÖKO-037 and documented batch by batch. Laboratory analyses for pesticides, microbiology and heavy metals are carried out in accredited laboratories. Customers include end consumers as well as trading partners in the organic food sector.
