EdelstahlSchneider GmbH, based in Stahnsdorf near Berlin, manufactures sheet blanks, cut-to-size parts as well as round bars and tubes made of stainless steels, nickel-based alloys and special materials such as titanium, tantalum and zirconium. On request, complete machining follows through turning, drilling, milling and grinding as well as further processing into finished welded assemblies. Material procurement and machining are provided from a single source, which reduces costs, lead times and sources of error. The company supplies the consumer and capital goods industries as well as the metal and metallurgy sector, and additionally offers consulting and engineering services as well as trading services (wholesale, import, export).

Quality and certification
Only 1st-choice material with an acceptance inspection certificate in accordance with EN 10204 is delivered; for destructive and non-destructive materials testing, the company works with independent accredited testing companies. Offered services include, among others, PMI test, radiographic and ultrasonic testing (EN 10307 / EN 10160) as well as testing for intergranular corrosion (EN ISO 3651-2A / ASTM A262 E).
