About Us
Edelstahlverarbeitung J. Rupprecht GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1985 and based in Meitingen-Herbertshofen near Augsburg, specializing in the processing of stainless steel. The company manufactures all types of stainless steel containers, including pressure vessels with TÜV certification, agitator, silo, and reactor vessels, complete piping systems made of round and profile pipes, custom casings such as electrical cabinets and machine frames, heat exchangers, and condenser coils according to customer drawings, as well as catch tanks according to WHG regulations. The machine park includes a CNC AMADA laser with flying optics for sheet metal formats up to 3000x1500 mm, press brakes with NC control, round and pipe bending machines, as well as in-house pickling and electroplating facilities with tanks up to 7 meters in length. Manufacturing is carried out according to CAD drawings (STEP, DWG, DXF), hand sketches, or samples for industry, crafts, environmental technology, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, as well as art and architecture. Around 30 employees work on a production area of approximately 1700 m².

Quality
The welding work is performed by TÜV-certified welders; the company is continuously monitored by TÜV SÜD. Pressure vessels receive a TÜV certification, catch tanks are leak tested according to WHV regulations, and are delivered with a certificate.
