About Edelstahlzieherei Hillesheim

Edelstahlzieherei Hillesheim GmbH was founded in 1994 by Hans Tölle sen. and has been producing stainless steel wire at its Hillesheim site (Kylltal industrial estate, Eifel) for over 25 years in a wide variety of grades, dimensions and quantities. The product range covers round wire in the dimension range from 0.05 to 25.00 mm, delivered in coils, on all common spool types (spools 12–40 kg, metal spools 150–300 kg, large coils of 500 kg each) as well as straightened bars up to 70.00 mm in diameter. The value chain includes wire drawing, straightening, thermal treatment and polishing with tolerances according to DIN 2076c, DIN 670/h8, DIN 671/h9 and DIN 177. Production is carried out according to national and international standards, including EN 10270-3 and DIN 17224; in addition, special tolerances, special strengths and special delivery forms are possible. Customers include the turned parts and precision turned parts industry, the medical, electrical, automotive, construction and jewelry industries; products are delivered worldwide. A quality assurance system according to ISO 9001 has been in place since 2010, currently certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS.
