About Edelwhite Gin
Edelwhite Gin AG is a distillery from the Entlebuch in the canton of Lucerne, Switzerland. Founder and distiller Barb Grossenbacher distills gin and vodka as well as other spirits such as absinthe and liqueur in her own distillery at the Lindenhof in Ebnet. The product range includes, among others, a London Dry Gin at 42 % vol., a Navy Strength Gin at 57 % vol., a Spiced Gin, the lemon liqueur Ginoncello and a premium vodka; several products have been awarded at international competitions such as the International Wine & Spirits Competition, the Gin Guide Awards and the China Wine & Spirits Awards. In addition to selling to end customers and business customers, the company offers gin workshops for developing your own recipe with guidance during distillation, conducts distillery tours and tastings, and carries out contract distilling for customer orders. The first batches were produced after further training at the Austrian Wine Academy in Rust in a mobile distillation truck.
