Manufacturing and engineering from a single source
edmos industrielle Baugruppen GmbH has been manufacturing industrial assemblies at its Neuensorg site in Upper Franconia for over 15 years. Its service portfolio includes welded assemblies from prototypes to large-scale production using MAG, MIG and TIG (WIG) processes as well as oxy-fuel welding and brazing, performed by DVS-trained personnel. For series production, robotic welding with in-house programming, in-house welding fixtures and process simulation is used. In addition, the company offers assembly of electromechanical components by screwing, riveting, press-fitting and crimping – manual to semi-automated – as well as assembly up to the functionally ready product. This is complemented by design, production planning, project management, and retrofit and modernization of plant components including material and wear upgrades. Further products include assembly workstations and semi-automated systems for material supply. Quality assurance is carried out according to ISO 9001 with traceability, ERP-supported documentation and weld seam testing in the company's own laboratory. Customers come from industrial manufacturing, in particular mechanical and plant engineering.
