About us
Eduard Reum Metallwarenfabrik GmbH manufactures stamped and bent parts in Barchfeld-Immelborn in south-western Thuringia on eccentric presses with press forces of 25 to 100 t. The product portfolio includes, in addition to its own product group of fastening parts and antenna accessories (SAT mounting brackets such as wall brackets, mast feet, pipe clamps and rafter holders), also components manufactured to customer drawings, for example hardened and galvanized clamping brackets for electric motors, tarrier washers with tight tolerances and clamp fasteners. The range of services is complemented by assembly work, thread rolling, cut-offs from bar stock, sample building and prototypes of sheet-metal parts as well as jig and fixture construction. Customers include household appliance manufacturers, electrical corporations and suppliers to the automotive industry. The machine park comprises, in addition to the presses, a CNC machining centre (HURCO, 3 axes), a sheet metal shear, a press brake, lathes and milling machines as well as a cold circular saw automatic machine with automatic feed. The materials used are predominantly steel.
