About us
EGA Electronic Gerätebau GmbH is a contract electronics manufacturer based in Tiefenbach (district of Ast) in Lower Bavaria with roots going back to 1979. The company produces electronic assemblies in SMT and THT technology, cable assembly as well as complete device assemblies – as prototypes, presentation samples, small and medium-volume series, including repairs and modifications. SMT placement is performed with a pick-and-place machine and RoHS-compliant convection reflow soldering; in the THT area, wave, selective and manual soldering are used. Cable assembly covers individual cables, cable harnesses, flat ribbon cables as well as coaxial and hybrid cables with strand cross-sections of 0.06 to 70 sqmm. Optionally, EGA handles the complete procurement of PCBs, components, housings and front panels and provides manufacturing consulting during product development. Customers come from control technology, measurement technology, control engineering, environmental technology, data acquisition, automotive technology, automation as well as test and monitoring technology. The quality management system is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
