About EGU-Metall
EGU-Metall GmbH is a manufacturing company for sheet metal and metal parts, established in 1989 and based in Messkirch-Rohrdorf in southern Germany. The company produces laser cuts on fully automatic laser systems for sheet thicknesses from 0.5 to 20 mm in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with a maximum format of 3000 × 1500 mm. On several CNC press brakes, bent parts such as covers, housings, brackets and trays are produced from these. For machining, several, partly automated 3-axis machining centers are available for milled parts in small and large series. The range of services also includes punching, welding, riveting, screwing, press-fitting of nuts and studs, countersinking, thread tapping, deburring and vibratory grinding. Complete subassemblies are assembled and finished via partners with surfaces such as powder coating, anodizing or galvanizing. Delivery is carried out with own vehicles in the region as well as by freight forwarders to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
