EHS Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH is a plastics processor based in Meinerzhagen and part of the Dietrich Group, which also includes Formenbau Dietrich (Dietrich mould making). The company manufactures plastic products and assemblies using a diverse and extensive machine park. The focus is on small and filigree injection-moulded parts with a piece weight from 0.01 grams up to products with a shot weight of 230 grams. In addition to simple geometries, complex products are also produced using multi-component and hybrid technology for thermoplastic materials; EHS additionally processes thermosets. The range of services is rounded off by the production and assembly of complete assemblies. Customers come from the automotive industry, the electrical industry, medical technology and industrial applications. Its integration into the group with in-house mould making enables support from tool construction through to series production.
