About us
Eichmühle AG is an independent, independent family company in Beinwil (Freiamt), now run in the 9th generation. Originally established as a traditional flour mill and feed mill for grain grown in the region, it is today a grain center with state-of-the-art infrastructure. Its core business is the product refinement of seeds such as rice, lentils, spelt, UrDinkel (original spelt), protein peas, quinoa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, as well as special cleaning, hulling/dehulling and polishing. During the harvest season, the company serves as a grain collection point for harvested crops such as rapeseed, wheat, spelt, UrDinkel, maize and barley. Further areas include laboratory services and an open customs warehouse. From UrDinkel, organic UrDinkel, chickpeas, faba beans and yellow peas, Eichmühle produces gourmet products such as UrDinkel-Kernotto and legume products, intended for gastronomy, manufacturers, processors, retail and agriculture.
