The product range comprises over 6'000 items from renowned manufacturers as well as its own private labels for veterinary practice needs – from anesthesia and X-ray equipment to surgical instruments, suture materials and endoscopy, through to sterilization, diagnostics and practice furnishing. In addition to trading, the company offers its own services: expert advice by telephone, on-site service, online support via remote maintenance, as well as repairs and instrument reprocessing in its own specialized workshop. The offering is complemented by seminars in its own training center and an exhibition covering more than 400 m² at the company's headquarters in Tuttlingen. The contact and administrative office is located in Appenzell, Switzerland. The customer base consists exclusively of veterinarians; payments can be settled via the veterinary billing office TVS GST AG.
