About EICOTEC AG
EICOTEC AG was founded in 1996 in Beringen (SH) and has been working in the field of building automation for over 20 years. The company has its own automation system consisting of hardware and software components, developed from many years of project experience. The range of services includes project planning, hardware engineering, programming, visualization, commissioning and subsequent optimization of building systems technology. The system family covers control and regulation of ventilation, air conditioning and heating/cooling systems, light, blinds and window control, safety functions, alarming via SMS/email as well as data recording and trend analysis. Central control is performed by embedded computers with a Linux operating system; the peripheral units (DIO-32, MIO-32) are connected via a 2-wire bus; alternatively, IO systems from WAGO, Beckhoff or Phoenix can be used. Operation is browser-based via HTML 5, locally or via an internet portal, with data always stored locally on site.

Quality and Reliability
All relevant measured values of the systems are consistently recorded and serve as the basis for commissioning adjustments and verification of system functionality. Long-term recording of measurement and control data enables subsequent analysis; irregularities are therefore immediately recognizable.
