About Einbecker Brauhaus

Einbecker Brauhaus Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Einbeck, operates brewing and malting and produces beers, beer specialities and non-alcoholic beverages. Its documented brewing tradition dates back to 1378; Einbeck is considered the namesake of Bock beer. The portfolio includes the traditional Einbecker brand as well as the brands Göttinger, Martini, Nörten-Hardenberger and Härke; since 2024, the strategic NewBev business unit has been expanding the offering into branded assortments in the beer and broader beverage segment, including the non-alcoholic Bock beer Null Bock and the lemonade brand Hanse Brause. Production comprises the brewhouse, membrane filtration (free of kieselguhr and PVPP), pasteurisation and modern filling lines. The group includes Hanse Service- und Logistik GmbH (reusable container management, packaging, display construction, sorting) and Hanse Drinks & Concepts. With the logistics centre on Hansestraße (approx. 19,000 m²), around 100 vehicles can be loaded and unloaded daily. In 2025, a large-scale PV system over the brewery roofs and a wastewater treatment facility with biogas recovery were commissioned.
