About EKK Eagle America Semicon Division
EKK Eagle America Inc. Semicon Division (EEAI) was founded in 2010 as the sales and engineering division of EKK Eagle for all semiconductor markets outside Japan and is registered as an independent Inc. The company develops and manufactures sealing products for semiconductor customers from the concept phase through to series production. The core of the value chain is vertical integration: EEAI synthesizes its own monomers, polymerizes synthetic rubbers from them, and produces through to the finished molded part entirely in a cleanroom environment – without purchasing monomers or base resins. The product range covers Superior® elastomers from FKM to next-generation plasma-resistant FFKM, offered as O-rings, special molded parts, custom sizes and Bonded Gates in VAT and Mono-Gate designs. In addition, EEAI manufactures Welded Metal Bellows, Magnetic Fluid Vacuum Seals and Rotary Joint Seals as an OPM for several OEMs. The company is located in Selma, Texas, USA.
