About EL-MET Geräte- und Apparatebau GmbH

EL-MET Geräte- und Apparatebau GmbH is a family business founded in 1991 and based in Stolpen in Saxony. The company manufactures and assembles cable harnesses with a wide variety of individual connectors and flexible lengths as well as wiring. In addition, EL-MET carries out the wiring and assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies and devices, including the integration of printed circuit boards and electronic components. Cable assembly is performed in high-volume production, small series and as custom-made products with high flexibility in production batch sizes; defined routing on the lay board ensures reproducibility and consistent quality. In addition, semi-automatic crimping and cutting/stripping technology as well as high- and low-voltage test technology are used, and complete sourcing of individual parts and contract packaging (pick & pack, labeling, rework) are offered. Customers include renowned major companies in the electrical and electronics industry. Since 2009 the production facility has been located in Stolpen with good access to the A17 and A4 highways.
