About ELAFLEX
ELAFLEX is an internationally operating specialist in refuelling equipment and safe connections for the transfer of hazardous goods and sensitive liquids. The portfolio includes industrial hoses with fittings and couplings, tank and pipeline couplings, fuel nozzles, industrial hose reels, as well as the ERV rubber expansion joints established since 1956. Hose assemblies are manufactured as 'Made in Germany' from high-tech rubber compounds with textile braided reinforcement; hose reels are produced in-house in modular design, optionally in polyester powder-coated steel, aluminium or stainless steel 304/316L, with manual, spring, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic rewinding mechanisms for hoses up to 25 m in DN 50 and pressures from 1 to 350 bar. ERV rubber bellows are manufactured in Germany and assembled to customer specifications with swivel steel flanges; over 25,000 bellows are permanently in stock. Customer industries include aviation, petrochemicals, marine/bunkering, defence, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, as well as petrol station and alternative fuel systems (LPG, CNG, LNG, hydrogen).
