About ELASTOFIT
ELASTOFIT is a manufacturer of tyre sealants based in Quickborn (Schleswig-Holstein). For over 40 years, the company has been developing, producing and distributing efficient and sustainable tyre sealants for industrial and commercial applications, and also uses them in its own tyre puncture kits. The solvent-free tyre sealant contains no hazardous or harmful ingredients, has a shelf life of at least 10 years, remains liquid inside the tyre and automatically seals punctures up to 8 mm – up to 10–15 mm in thick-walled professional tyres. It can be filled into any pneumatic tyre of any tyre size, with or without inner tube, through the tyre valve, and can be removed without residue so that the tyre can be repaired. Filling is carried out in bottles (250 ml, 500 ml, 700 ml, 1000 ml), canisters (5 l, 25 l) and IBCs (1000 l). In addition to the sealant, the company offers tyre puncture kits including compressors and accessories as well as refill packs. The products are manufactured to high quality standards under lean standards within an Integrated Supply Chain.
