About ELECTAB
ELECTAB is an electrical business in Neuchâtel specialising in the design, manufacture and testing of custom electrical switchboards. Its offering covers four board families: meter cabinets for buildings in accordance with the grid operator's specifications, distribution boards with HPC NH2 incomer and row circuit breakers, control cabinets with PLCs, touchscreens, frequency inverters and components for HVAC systems, as well as KNX home automation boards with IP router and DALI gateway. All boards are designed in EPLAN, assembled, wired and labelled in the company's own workshop, and tested to EN 61439 before delivery, supplied with rating plate and complete documentation. In addition, ELECTAB handles material procurement and logistics, replaces existing boards including disposal of the old units, maintains and extends boards in operation with minimal downtime, and performs thermographic inspections of energised boards without shutdown – annually or under individual contracts with inspection report. Customers include electrical installers, building services operators, photovoltaic systems as well as private and business customers in Switzerland.
