Electrical Safe Machines Sàrl (ESM) is a company founded in 2024 in Le Locle (Canton of Neuchâtel), specialised in the modernisation and maintenance of machine tools and industrial machines. The portfolio includes electrical retrofits of machine tools, complete overhauls including mechanical refurbishment in cooperation with partners, the replacement of brushed motors with servo motors, automation as well as the extension of CNC controls with Siemens PLC and HMI. Further services are the installation of linear measuring systems, rewiring including the creation of electrical circuit diagrams, breakdown service, maintenance, machine safety audits as well as CE conformity and risk assessment according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. In addition, ESM offers 3D printing for prototyping, small series and technical parts, assembly and wiring of conveyor systems, sorting machines and carousels, as well as an online shop for Siemens electrical components. The team has more than ten years of experience in the construction and modernisation of industrial machines; the safety competence is documented by the CMSE certification (Certified Machinery Safety Expert) at TÜV Nord.
