Elektro-Anlagen-Technik EAT GmbH, based in Wallenhorst near Osnabrück, was founded in 2001 and employs 34 staff. The company offers the full range of services relating to electrical switchgear and control systems: engineering, CAD design with E-Plan, WS-CAD and AutoCAD, PLC programming and visualisation, control cabinet construction on more than 800 sqm of workshop floor space, series production of more than 1,500 control cabinets per year as well as electrical installation and assembly. In its in-house series production, control cabinets are manufactured from assembly and wiring – using CNC machines for sheet metal and copper processing and a fully automatic cut-to-length and cable preparation machine – through to functional testing of each individual control cabinet; since 2024 a second site has been available for this purpose. Since 2001, EAT has been one of only 16 Danfoss System Partners in Germany for drive technology (VLT/VACON, 0.37 kW to 1.4 MW) including DrivePro services, repair and training. Customers come from more than 10 core industries of plant engineering, such as conveying technology, process engineering, the food and beverage industry, crane systems, power generation, the paper industry as well as water and wastewater supply.
