Elektro Liebscher GmbH is an electrical installation company based in Oldenburg, in north-west Lower Saxony. The company was founded in February 1978 by master electrician Werner Liebscher; today Stephan Liebscher, a certified master electrical technician and specialist planner for energy and building technology, runs the business with around 20 permanent employees. The range of services includes electrical installation, electrical engineering, building construction, data network technology (since 1994) as well as customer service and maintenance. In addition, the company offers E-CHECK inspections, telephone systems, a 24-hour emergency service, barrier-free electrical installations and smart home solutions. Product solutions are implemented, among others, with components from ABB, Busch-Jaeger, Gira, Siemens, JUNG, Schneider Electric and Stiebel Eltron. The company's own installation team serves customers between the Harz mountains, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein as well as in Bremen.
