Anton Schmid starts with a private power plant in Falkenstein (hydropower of the Perlbach, ring line).
- 1922
The newly founded power supply company Kraftversorgung Falkenstein buys the distribution network from Anton Schmid for 65,000 DM.
- 1938
Anton Schmid jun. becomes plant manager of the power plant in Waldmünchen; expansion of electrification with son Bernhard.
- 1958
Bernhard Schmid passes the master craftsman examination and founds an electrical installation business at Bahnhofstraße 17 in Waldmünchen; large projects such as the Waldmünchen hospital.
- 1965
Construction of a new business premises with sales space at Bahnhofstraße 31.

Christian Schmid passes the master craftsman examination as an electrical engineer as well as the electronics certificates I–III.
