elektro systembau bender GmbH & Co. KG (esb) is an owner-managed electrical engineering company based in Grünberg, Hesse. Its core business comprises the planning, programming and construction of control cabinets, distribution systems and annunciator and operator panels, complemented by CNC contract manufacturing for simple to medium-complex milled parts up to 1000 x 500 mm. The panels are manufactured using various techniques – as glass, foil, stainless steel and aluminium panels as well as touch-sensitive panels with integrated I/O system. In addition to manufacturing, esb provides PLC programming for process controls, especially for ventilation, extraction and electroplating systems, as well as assembly group manufacturing, commissioning and a worldwide service with a 24/7 hotline, remote service and preventive maintenance. Customers include hospitals and university clinics worldwide as well as industrial companies such as Melitta. The company employs around 50 staff at its Grünberg site and has been in operation since 1968.
