ELEKTRONIK 3000 GmbH is an owner-managed system supplier from Iserlohn that has been manufacturing cable assemblies, electronic assemblies and special electronics to customer requirements since 1985. The company assembles cables and strands from 0.02 sqmm to 185 sqmm (from AWG 34) and is particularly specialized in processing ultra-fine strands. Production takes place on special machines such as a KOMAX fully automatic machine with double-sided crimping, twisting and tinning, semi-automatic machines with crimp force monitoring, stripper-crimpers and cut-to-length machines up to 240 sqmm. In addition to assembly, the company, which has more than 20 employees, plans and implements custom assemblies in small and medium volumes, from simple solutions to complex control cabinets. From prototype and CAD 3D planning to series production, automotive technology, battery technology, medical technology, sensor technology and other industrial sectors are supplied – across Germany, Europe and worldwide. The services are certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and since 2016 according to UL.
