About Elektronik Schwab
Elektronik Schwab GmbH is a specialist company in electrical engineering and electronics with core competencies in cable assembly, switchgear construction and electrical device manufacturing. The company produces wiring harnesses and cable sets, special and custom cables, flat ribbon cables, device connectors and special and miniature plug connectors. Processing is partly fully automated: automatic crimping covers conductor cross-sections from 0.05 mm² (AWG 30) to 6 mm², while automatic tinning and twisting handles stranded wires and wires with cross-sections from 0.02 to 1.5 mm² — on one or both sides as well. Wiring sets for control cabinets are produced fully automatically; in addition, the company manufactures complete switchgear systems, industrial control systems and assembles PCBs in SMD technology for small series. In device manufacturing, individual components are combined into complete assemblies according to customer specifications. Customers come from the electrical, automotive and printing industries as well as from wind energy, photovoltaics, medical technology and shipbuilding. Production combines state-of-the-art full automation with manual work.
