Elektrosil, based in Hamburg, is a development service provider and manufacturing partner for electronics and electromechanics. The company turns customer ideas into ready-to-install, series-ready products and accompanies projects throughout the entire life cycle: consulting, hardware and software development, simulation, tool design, mechanics, prototype construction as well as validation and approval. Series production takes place manufacturer-independently in a virtual factory with fixed manufacturing partners in various world regions, including Asia; the processes from sample building to just-in-time production are coordinated by Elektrosil. Assembly encompasses assemblies and devices in SMD and wired technology including automated final assembly with testing.
