About Elementar
Elementar Analysensysteme GmbH is a manufacturer of analytical instrumentation headquartered in Langenselbold in the Rhine-Main region. The company emerged from the analytical instrumentation division of the technology group Heraeus and can look back on more than 125 years of experience in the development and production of analytical instruments. The portfolio includes instruments for CHNOS elemental analysis, stable isotope analysis (IRMS), TOC analysis, protein analysis according to Dumas, and optical emission spectrometry (OES). The analysis technology is used for quality control and characterization of metals, ceramics, polymers, rubber, cement, chemicals, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental samples. With ten locations worldwide and a network of its own sales and service organizations as well as specialist partners, the owner-managed company serves customers in more than 80 countries. The production of organic and inorganic elemental analyzers takes place in Langenselbold, while IRMS instruments are produced at Elementar UK (formerly Isoprime) in Manchester.
