About Elephant Power

Elephant Power is a Cleantech startup founded in Stuttgart in 2025. The company develops outdoor-installed heat pump and battery systems including an energy management system (EMS) to simplify and accelerate installation, operation and scaling in the building stock. The preconfigured all-in-one outdoor module combines heat pump, hot water tank, battery and EMS in a single unit occupying only 2.6 m² of outdoor space and is installed via plug & play with minimal interior work – operational in just two days. Standardized installation by a small team reduces labor effort and process costs. An AI-supported smart energy control optimizes heating, cooling and storage, integrates PV systems and uses a tariff-responsive operating strategy to procure electricity at the lowest price. With a seven-figure seed financing via the holding Innonergy, led by HSG, Elephant Power is accelerating product development, team growth and partnerships in Germany and Europe; the first PoC installations are planned for Q1 2026.
