Heat for people – about eliTile
eliTile AG, based in Saarbrücken, develops and manufactures patented low-energy infrared surface heating modules with an output of 400 W per square meter. The factory-prefabricated modules are delivered with a potted, electrically tested and ready-to-connect junction box and are combined with thermally conductive surfaces such as 2 cm thick ceramic tiles or printed aluminum composite panels; a thermally conductive special concrete serves as the heat storage core. The raw modules are available in three size formats (85 W, 121 W, 225 W) and feature IPX7 moisture protection, an integrated fixed-temperature controller and a separate protective circuit. The product portfolio includes floor and lounge heating modules, supplementary heaters for existing radiators, large-area heaters for halls and open-plan offices, as well as a solution as a night storage heater replacement with drywall facing shells. The offering is complemented by room analyses with thermal measurement, individual heating consultation and smart home integration. Customers come from the restaurant sector, hospitality, offices, leisure halls, industrial halls, public facilities and the residential sector.

Materials & Processes
Ceramic tiles (2 cm thick)
Thermally conductive visible surface of the heating modules in natural stone or wood look for floor, wall and furniture applications.
Printed aluminum composite panels
Thermally conductive module surface with individual printing, e.g. in leisure halls and for large-area heaters.
Thermally conductive special concrete
Forms the concrete heat storage core of the surface heating module and enables heat-storing operation.
Insulation wool
Insulation in the upper area of the room-height night storage heater replacement modules in timber frame construction.
Carbon-containing gypsum board / Climafit Rigips board
Visible surface of the facing shell in drywall construction for the night storage heater replacement.
Timber frame construction
Sturdy support frame of the facing shell modules for mounting on the inside of exterior walls.
Metal mesh (heating element sheathing)
Sheaths the heating element and is connected to the protective conductor – for increased operational safety.
