About elitra

Based in Bielefeld on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest, elitra gmbh has seen itself as a partner to industry for more than ten years, developing and manufacturing LED machine and workstation luminaires as well as special LED-based applications. The products are produced under the guiding principle "Innovations for Light, Controls and More" in accordance with German standards and carry the Made in Germany quality mark. At the company headquarters, the company focuses on product development, marketing and sales as well as extensive test series before every market launch; manufacturing, shipping and goods receiving take place at the production site in Altenhagen in Bielefeld (Brönninghauser Str. 38). The luminaires are based on the latest LED technology, produced using surface-mount technology (SMT), and are manufactured in aluminium housings with covers made of single-pane safety glass, PMMA, PS or ABS. The products are designed for the harshest operating conditions in industrial environments, such as heat, chip impact, coolants or oil, and meet protection ratings up to IP67 as well as protection class III. All development and manufacturing steps take place in-house or with established partners in the East Westphalia region.
