About ELKA-FRISCHE
ELKA-FRISCHE GmbH, based in North Rhine-Westphalia, produces cold-pressed juices and smoothies. The products consist of 100% fruit or, depending on the variety, of fruits, vegetables and tubers; they are not heated and are therefore raw. For preservation, the HPP process (high pressure processing) is used; afterwards, the products are continuously cooled at 0–7 °C. Each fruit has its own dedicated production process. All products are vegan, contain no allergens requiring declaration, and contain neither gluten nor lactose. Bottling is done in PET bottles with a 50% share of recycled PET (rPET). The juices and smoothies are delivered to retail and gastronomy customers in Germany.
