About ELMA Anlagenbau
Since 1978, Elma Anlagenbau GmbH has been manufacturing custom plant systems for the processing of mineral raw materials at its site in Eschenbach in der Oberpfalz. The portfolio covers bulk solids process engineering with conveying, storage, screening/classification, mixing, weighing, dosing, drying, loading and crushing, as well as silo construction, vessel, steel and sheet metal construction, conveying technology, recycling technology and special-purpose machinery. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, light metals (aluminium), heat-resistant and highly wear-resistant materials such as Hardox, and other special materials. The value chain extends from planning including structural engineering, through in-house manufacturing, to on-site assembly and commissioning at the customer, supplemented by repairs, conversions, modernizations and a spare parts service. Customers come primarily from the quarrying and mining industry, the gravel and crushed stone industry, the cement and concrete industry, the lime and gypsum industry and the brick industry; the plant systems are in operation throughout Europe.

Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 1090, AD 2000 HP 0 and DIN EN 13445; welding work is performed with the extended qualification certificate in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2002-09 Class E.
