About our company
ELMED Dr. Ing. Mense GmbH, headquartered in Heiligenhaus, is a medium-sized measurement and testing technology company that has been developing, manufacturing and distributing measuring instruments for over 70 years. The product portfolio includes portable and stationary high-voltage holiday detection systems (ISOTEST® and ISOTEST® act) for non-destructive testing of coatings in passive corrosion protection, high-performance stroboscopes (HELIO-STROB / DRELLOSCOP) for production, maintenance and research, as well as stationary metal detection systems (ARGUS) for protection against metal contamination in bulk materials. In 2023, ELMED acquired the MZ/MZB product line from DRELLO and has since offered seed counting, filling and coating systems. In addition to its own research, development and manufacturing at the Heiligenhaus site, the company offers maintenance, calibration (traceable to PTB, calibration certificate according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025), repair, re-engineering, training and laboratory trials with product samples. Deliveries are made worldwide; customer proximity is ensured through a European network of representatives and OEMs.
