ELMICRO Computer GmbH & Co. KG (Elektronikladen Microcomputer Group), based in Leipzig, specializes in electronics, metrology and networked devices. Quality and Calibration
The AeroScope AFM3000 and AFM6000 air flow meters are calibrated and tested in Leipzig at fixed dates four times a year. Milking system testing is carried out in accordance with DIN ISO 6690 (and NMC:2012 for the USA).

With the advent of the first microcomputers, the Detmold operation focused on the development and distribution of Z80-based Eurocards according to the ECB standard; the RF business was spun off (among others as ELZET80).

The Elektronikladen becomes Elektronikladen Microcomputer; successes with the first EMUF (6504) in the magazine mc, EPAC (6502) in c't as well as the NDR-Klein Computer.
