elnic GmbH is a privately managed company headquartered in Rosenheim. The company designs, develops and manufactures hardware and software solutions such as small power plants, control software, process automation as well as equipment for mobile systems for vehicles, shelters and containers. The product range includes combined power supply and climate modules (WSK-UN), self-sufficient air conditioning units (AKA), signal and charging connection modules (MOSAK/SAM), line filters as well as components for district heating leak monitoring. For textile architecture, elnic realizes retractable membrane roofs on steel substructures, including projects in Berlin, Larissa and Vancouver. The value chain includes its own metalworking shop, paint shop, electrical workshop, integration and assembly as well as a testing laboratory and an EMC measurement laboratory. Customers include authorities, building owners, mechanical engineering companies as well as rescue and defense organizations, including THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief), DLR (German Aerospace Center) and customers of the Patriot program; projects have been implemented internationally, including in Greece and Canada.
