About ELOPRINT
ELOPRINT develops and manufactures custom test fixtures, probe adapters and assembly jigs for electronics testing, especially for populated printed circuit boards, connectors and assemblies. The entire value chain – development, design, 3D printing and assembly – takes place in-house at the Esslingen am Neckar site. The printing processes used include FDM, MSLA, SLS and Inkjet, allowing thermoplastics such as PLA, ABS, PETG, PC and TPU to be processed as well as photopolymers, PA12, high-performance plastics such as PEEK and PEI and, in special cases, aluminium, steel and ceramics. For use in ESD-protected areas, the fixtures are either given a special coating or made entirely from ESD material. The probe adapters are available in the BAL, PRL, POL and IDL designs and are designed to be maintenance-free for several million cycles. At the end of 2023, the Industrial Line for testing large production runs was introduced.

Additional services
Quality
The probe adapters are designed to be maintenance-free for several million cycles; depending on the application, the test contact pins are replaced without tools after 10,000 to 100,000 cycles. Contact resistances below 50 mΩ (special case < 4 mΩ) and RoHS-3 conformity are documented.
