The product portfolio includes the multifunctional cooking systems MetaTherm, VacuTherm and MixaTherm as well as modular cooking ranges and the digital platform ELRO Connect. Since 1934, the focus has been on project consulting and support in the institutional catering sector; development, design and production take place exclusively in Switzerland. More than 70 employees work at the headquarters in Bremgarten (AG) on a site of over 18'000 m², including engineers, former kitchen planners and chefs. Industries covered include hotels and gastronomy, business & industry catering, care and healthcare, marine/shipping, airline catering, education and the public sector; reference projects range from the Congress Center Zurich to MSC Cruises and Do & Co at London Heathrow Airport. The offering is complemented by a service center with a central spare parts warehouse (over 400 parts), technical training and an international service network.
