About us
Eltako is a German company in electrical and building automation technology based in the Stuttgart area (area code 0711). The product range comprises more than 1,000 products: decentralized and central actuators, sensors for indoor and outdoor use, electricity meters, dimmers, switching devices, power supplies as well as gateways and smart home controllers such as MiniSafe2. The products are organized into the product families Professional Standard, Professional Smart Home and Professional Smart Building for offices and non-residential buildings. Eltako focuses on energy-efficient technology: 98 % of the devices manufactured have minimized stand-by loss, and bistable switching relays reduce heat generation and power consumption. The portfolio covers applications in lighting, shading, room climate and security and integrates standards such as KNX, EnOcean, DALI-2, Powerline, Modbus, Bluetooth and Matter. Since 2015, Eltako has been a member of the wibutler alliance and offers the wibutler pro, a controller for cross-manufacturer networking. Services include product consulting, customer service with order processing, WhatsApp chat support and TeamViewer remote support. The company is present with its own website for Austria (support@eltako.at) and communicates in German and English.
