About EltaTech
EltaTech Ingenieur- und Simulationsdienstleistungen GmbH, headquartered in Ketsch with a production site in Viernheim, specializes in all application areas of induction technology. The company develops and sells systems and components for induction heating, heat treatment, induction hardening and induction melting. The product range includes heating systems for forged parts (< 1.2 MW, < 10 kHz), induction hardening systems with vertical feed (< 400 kW, up to 400 kHz), billet heaters for extrusion, induction crucible and channel furnaces with melt volumes up to 2 t, as well as digital IGBT converters and generators in power ranges from 1.5 kW to 1.4 MW. In addition, EltaTech offers numerical simulations for heating and melting processes, engineering for system concepts and coil design, feasibility studies with heating and melting trials, and servicing and repair of induction systems of all makes including spare parts production (coils, inductors, reactors, transformers, capacitors). The materials handled include steel, iron as well as non-ferrous and non-precious metals such as aluminium, copper and brass. Customers include the automotive and aerospace industries, the metalworking and forging industry, extrusion and extrusion pressing, and jewellery manufacturing. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
