About em machines
em machines GmbH is a family-owned industrial company based in Rahden (North Rhine-Westphalia) that combines three business units under one roof: mechanical manufacturing, electric machine service and process optimization with its own product LiquidMate. In mechanical manufacturing, CNC precision parts are produced from prototype to series on modern machining centers with a high degree of automation; the processes include milling, turning and grinding. The electrical workshop carries out repairs, rewinds, overhauls and replacement solutions for electric motors, pumps, fans and agitators, with a 24/7 emergency hotline. LiquidMate monitors the concentration, pH value, temperature and fill level of coolants in real time and documents the values in compliance with TRGS 611. Repaired or overhauled machines receive a digital nameplate via NFC chip (EM ID). Customers come from industrial production and manufacturing, mechanical engineering and the process industry. The location is the headquarters at Am alten Diek 7, 32369 Rahden.
