About EMAG Production

EMAG Zerbst Maschinenfabrik GmbH is a manufacturing service provider for the precision production of parts and components for mechanical engineering. The portfolio includes machining, sheet metal fabrication with laser cutting, bending and welding, powder coating, control cabinet construction, the production of automation components as well as the assembly of complex subassemblies through to final assembly of complete machines. A unique feature is the company's own polymer concrete foundry for vibration-damping machine beds and base bodies. Manufacturing is complemented by an in-house design and development department with simulation as well as comprehensive quality assurance with state-of-the-art metrology and measurement reports. The Zerbst/Anhalt site offers 13 halls with 36,000 m² of production space; a second site in Heubach (EMAG LaserTec GmbH) produces smaller precision parts from single parts to small series. The company has been part of the EMAG Group since 1994 and is its central production site for standard and custom machines.
