ematric gmbh was founded in 2007 by Klaus Schröder and Rainer Haag in Landeck in Tyrol and today develops automation technology, mechatronics and robotics with around 100 employees. The company designs, engineers and implements robot cells, special-purpose machinery and automated systems – from requirements analysis through design, electrical planning and control cabinet construction to commissioning, CE certification and maintenance. The fields of competence include conveying technology & intralogistics, application technology & robotics, process & production engineering, mechatronics & plant engineering, process control systems & control technology, as well as software development & IIoT with the company's own software xpand. Customers include companies from the automotive industry, food production, warehouse logistics, renewable energy, process and environmental technology, and special-purpose machinery engineering – from Austria across Europe, America and Asia. In addition to ematric gmbh, ematric systems gmbh has been active since 2014 in complete systems for mechatronics and plant engineering. Locations are Landeck (LANTECH technology center), Fürstenfeld in Styria, and the assembly plant in Fließ.

Klaus Schröder and Rainer Haag found ematric gmbh in Landeck, Tyrol.

Opening of a project planning office on Bruggfeldstraße in Landeck.
