About EMF Motor
EMF Motor is a manufacturer of gearless direct-drive motors based on permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). The patented LiProKa technology generates torque electromagnetically at a high pole count (66–110 poles), eliminating gearboxes, external cooling or water cooling; efficiencies reach up to 96 % (exceeding IE5 class). The product range includes torque motors (SQM, up to 13,000 Nm), gearless elevator machines (SQML series, 320–3,000 kg load capacity, up to 2.5 m/s), cooling tower motors, extruder motors, servo motors, HVLS fan motors, roll feed motors for grain mills, washdown motors (IP69K, stainless steel) as well as permanent magnet generators for small wind and water turbines; complemented by the Green Motion elevator energy management system. Customers are found in plastics & extrusion, HVAC & cooling, elevators, cement, data centers, food, glass & ceramics, paper, mining and renewable energy. Production takes place in a factory with 4,070 m² of indoor floor space in the Kurtköy industrial zone in Istanbul; more than 50 countries are supplied.
