About Emifree
Emifree is a manufacturer of filter systems based in Berlin that develops technological solutions in the fields of air filtration, oil mist separation and energy efficiency. The product range comprises mechanical oil mist separators of the Eco Air Cleaner series (EAC12-2 / EAC15-2) with automatic self-cleaning, electrostatic filter systems (EARIA) for the separation of smoke and submicron oil mist, as well as cartridge and bag filters for dust filtration with compressed-air cleaning. The housings are made of industrial-grade powder-coated sheet metal (RAL 7035) or stainless steel; a HEPA attachment with a particle separation efficiency of at least 99.95 % at 0.3 µm is optionally available. The premium versions feature a Siemens touch panel, PROFINET/PROFIBUS connection, frequency converter and real-time parameter monitoring. The decentralized systems are used mainly in the automotive industry – especially in the environment of machine tools – as well as in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in further sectors such as metalworking, woodworking and food processing.

Quality
Optionally, a HEPA after-filter with a particle separation efficiency of at least 99.95 % at 0.3 µm is offered, whose filter change is controlled via a differential pressure gauge. For dust filtration, ATEX-certified components for operation in environments with combustible dust are optionally available.
