About Egger Pumps
Emile Egger & Cie SA is an independent Swiss family company headquartered in Cressier that has been manufacturing centrifugal pumps and control gates for municipal and industrial applications since 1947. The company specializes in pumps for critical media with high solids content and produces the patented Turo® vortex pumps, Turo® TA pumps for raw wastewater, and Iris® orifice control gates. The entire production chain from design and research through development and production to testing takes place in its own facilities. In addition to vortex and process pumps, the portfolio includes axial pumps, pipe bend pumps, reactor pumps, and Zone 0 and hybrid pumps. Customers include Fraport AG, LINEG, Emschergenossenschaft and KCL in Laos; service locations exist in Europe, the USA and Asia.

Quality and Testing
The entire production chain from design and research through development and production to testing is realized in the company's own facilities. Pumps are tested on in-house test benches; in operation, a visual inspection every four years is sufficient.
