EMK Kunststofftechnik GmbH has been manufacturing plastic parts for customers throughout Europe since 1983. Depending on the article, injection molding or extrusion blow molding is used. Extrusion blow molding produces hollow bodies such as bottles, tanks, air ducts and containers, while injection molding produces three-dimensional parts such as housings, lids, shells and handles, also with metal insert parts such as threaded bushings, as well as cable overmolding. Thermoplastics such as PBT, PA, TPE, PPS, PE, PP and ABS are processed. Production ranges from sample and prototype production through small to large-scale series production. In addition, EMK offers post-processing such as ultrasonic welding, bonding, printing and hot stamping, as well as cable assembly and soldering. The company is DIN/ISO certified.
