About us
Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH (Aerzen Process Gas GmbH) manufactures pressure vessels, filter vessels, industrial silencers, spherical pulsation dampers, cyclone separators as well as piping and complete pump and compressor units in Emmerthal-Kirchohsen. The core competence lies in welding: in addition to all common manual processes and submerged arc welding, robot-assisted MAG and TIG welding is used for large and small series. Sheet and pipe cutting is carried out on in-house laser systems, complemented by roll bending, press braking and turning. In addition to unalloyed and alloyed structural steels, special materials such as Duplex, Super-Duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy, Nicrofer and Monel are processed. Customers come from the compressor industry, oil and gas refineries, offshore/marine, chemicals and research. Manufacturing complies with all common codes (PED, ASME, DNV, SELO China, EAC) with an in-house NDT laboratory and complete technical documentation. 122 employees work on 11,820 m² of production space; the collaboration with Aerzener Maschinenfabrik has existed since 1957.
